1. Introduction

We support local payment methods commonly used in the Philippines, including Philippine online and mobile banking, bank transfers, and local e-wallets. Deposit and withdrawal options available to your account will be shown within your account dashboard.

Deposits are generally credited to your account balance after successful confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times vary depending on the method used. Delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times are outside our control.

Withdrawals are subject to account verification. Before processing your first withdrawal, we may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) check.
